About this speaker
After 23 years working for Fortune 500 companies including PepsiCo, Sysco and Kerry Ingredients, Stephanie spent three years on her parents' organic farm building what would become Elohi Strategic Advisors, a national sales and marketing agency that specializes in strategy development/market execution in the foodservice, specialty coffee and industrial channels. She has spent the last five years pioneering emerging food and beverage products in the foodservice space, including 18 months as the Head of Sales for Impossible Foods, and now focuses on helping other plant-based and plant-forward brands launch successfully and profitably while doing good for the planet.
Stephanie has her BS in Business Administration with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University, and graduated with honors from DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration in Marketing. She and her husband live in California with their two dogs and four cats.
